I was just about to reserve a table for 8 over the phone. The woman on the other end was so unfriendly and rude that it took care of itself.

There is no way around five stars in this great location. Although we had to wait a bit for a table to become free but given that only between 20 and 30 people fit into the store at the most, we found it through Yelp and the recessions already provided information, it was no problem for us to wait. Granted, if you know what you're looking for, this shop is easy to find and clearly signposted / advertised but so when strolling through the place, you'll find it more by accident. He is like others have written in a vaulted cellar and has a decent entrance. Because of the fact that the friendly Italians served alone and everything and his wife cooks, you have to expect a certain wait. Ergo the place is great for a nice evening but not for the quick food. It is important to say that you can only pay in cash. Do not pay for him, he says. The food is, we should say, original Italian after mom's style. There was nothing to complain about. I had pasta with salmon and my colleague noodles with minced meat and gravy. So very classic. We also had pizza bread with garlic and as an appetizer for both of us Caprese. If I am here again I will definately come back to eat here. I can definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone, as long as that still exists.
